I was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the youngest of four. I left the Land of Enchantment and made my way to the upstate for the first time in the fall of 2011 when I started at Clemson University. After graduating with a degree in Biology, I spent a year roaming our nation’s capital where I was working as a scribe and Uber driver. I then returned to the Palmetto State for medical school in Columbia where I also dabbled as a substitute teacher, pie eating champion, and Prisma Health super-fan. I’m thrilled to return to Greenville with my soon-to-be wife, Sara, and our little puppy, Cooper. From the awesome faculty and residents to all the amazing food and activities that Greenville has to offer, the decision to join this program was as easy as pie!
