Program Highlights

Welcome to the Prisma Health – Upstate Emergency Medicine Residency!

In addition to preparing graduates to pass both the written and oral boards, our Academic Success program is designed to help residents function more effectively and efficiently clinically.  Twice a year, our faculty host mock oral boards for the residents.  Cases are a fun mix of common diagnoses and rare, but important to recognize cases.  This year we are excited to expand to the electronic oral boards format, better simulating the oral boards experience.  In addition to mock oral boards and conference sessions, the program is further tailored to fit the needs and interests of each resident.  Whatever your career goals, we want you to leave this program prepared to succeed!
