My name is Cooper Nickels and I was born and raised in Chelsea, Michigan. After high school, I attended Central Michigan University (Fire Up Chips!), where I earned my degree in Biomedical Sciences. I was fortunate to attend medical school at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine (Go Green!) in East Lansing. Outside of medicine, my hobbies include big game hunting, archery target and pistol shooting, hiking mountains, exercising, golfing, landscape and wildlife photography, watching football, hockey, and golf, and playing fantasy football. I am grateful to have an incredible group of co-residents and to have matched at such an amazing residency program.
