Michael Troise, MD

After The Citadel I served in the Air Force for seven years, which included deployments to Afghanistan and Africa. I became fascinated by military medicine, decided I wanted to do more to help out where it's needed most, and naturally leaned towards emergency medicine. I left active duty, joined the Army National Guard, then headed back to Charleston for medical school. I completed my clinical years in Anderson, SC and the Upstate quickly became home for me, my wife, and our two sons. We're excited to be part of the Prisma EM family and the greater Greenville community.
