Why Prisma EM? I had the opportunity to rotate at Prisma during medical school and everything clicked for me. Greenville Memorial had the acuity/volume I wanted, and the program offered me great community EM, pediatric, and critical care experiences. After spending the last decade in the MidWest, I was ready for warmer weather and have been enjoying all of the outdoor activities Greenville, SC has to offer. Most of all, the people here made my decision easy. I feel so fortunate to have found a training environment that is incredibly supportive and will also push me to be the best ER doc I can be.
When not at work, you can find me: Hanging out with my wife and my daughter, walking the Swamp Rabbit Trail, hiking, playing guitar, watching movies, or eating my way through all of the BBQ South Carolina has to offer.
Interesting fact about yourself: I went to Nationals (twice!) for fencing in high school.
