I went to Merrimack College in North Andover, MA for undergrad. For medical school, I went to Rocky Vista University COM in Parker, CO. During medical school, I was part of the US Army’s “Health Professions Scholarship Program” (HPSP). Upon completion of medical school, I completed an intern year at Eisenhower Army Medical Center in Augusta, GA. After intern year, I spent the next five years as a General Medical Officer for the Army, specifically in the role of flight surgeon. My final station location for the Army was at Redstone Arsenal where I was lucky enough to meet my amazing wife, Meagan.

Why Prisma EM? Zoom interviews are difficult for many reasons. However, I think getting a feel for a program and their individuals can be the most difficult. In my mind, when looking at programs, the residents and staff were the most important aspect. During the Prisma interview, all individuals within the program that I interacted with were amazing. After the interview, Prisma provided the most interactive opportunities with the program. It allowed people who were not able to rotate/visit in person the ability to see how amazing the people truly are within the program.
Do you have any pets: We have two dogs; Loki and Thor. Loki is a German Shepherd. Thor is a French Bulldog. They are both two years old.
What do you do in your free time: In my free time, my wife and I like to spend as much time as possible outside. Anything from hiking, to kayaking, to relaxing on the beach.
